Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the rooms seemed quite small and poorly furnished, with leaks in the toilet and an issue with the air conditioning. However, having a separate bathroom and portable air conditioner was a nice touch, especially in the room on the top floor.
When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms quite small, poorly furnished, and looking rather cheap. There were leaks in the toilet, and the air conditioning was not working properly. Despite these initial issues, the room I stayed in was fine, big enough, and always clean. I particularly enjoyed the room on the top floor, which offered a really nice view.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be clean, spacious enough, and always well-kept, although they seemed a bit poorly furnished and cheap-looking. The hotel staff, including reception, bar staff, maids, and the pool attendant, were all lovely, helpful, and friendly. However, the service upon reaching our room at 5 pm was dreadful and unfriendly. The location was excellent, close to delicious tavernas and bars, just a 20-minute drive from Rethymno, and right off the beach. The dining options were satisfactory with good quality food, but a bit repetitive each day. Overall, the hotel served as a good base for exploring Crete's corners.
Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be quite small, poorly furnished, and with some maintenance issues like leaks in the toilet and malfunctioning air conditioning. However, the rooms did offer a separate bathroom and a portable air conditioner, which was a nice touch. The service was pleasant and helpful, and the hotel manager was always around ensuring everything was in order. The location was excellent, close to delicious tavernas and bars, with easy access to Rethymno. The dining options were satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, the hotel offered some positives and negatives to consider.
Upon arrival, the hotel rooms were quite small, poorly furnished, and had some maintenance issues like leaks in the toilet and malfunctioning air conditioning. However, the hotel's size was sufficient and had a nice overall appearance. The service was mixed, with some staff being extremely friendly while others lacked enthusiasm. The location offered a small, relaxing grass area away from crowded pools, near delicious tavernas and bars, and only a short drive from the charming town of Rethymno. The dining experience had a good variety of options, though some felt it lacked novelty. The facilities were adequate, though improvements could enhance the experience further.
